Friends, I would like to take a moment to introduce you to Phyllis. Who is Phyllis? Nope, that wouldn't be me. See that beautiful piece of Kitchen Aid heaven? That would be Phyllis.
Gorgeous, isn't she?
I had to break her in with one of our favorite things. Toll House cookies. Seriously, yum. You can't get a whole lot better than that!
Oh cookie dough. Glorious, cookie dough.
I don't have much to say about Toll House cookies, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?
Suggestion #1: Get a cookie scoop. Much like an ice cream scoop, just smaller. You will have these perfectly shaped balls of cookie dough. I form all of them and put them on a plate. That way you can clean up your mess while the batches bake!
Don't they just look perfect?!
Well, I don't have any pictures of the cookies. Why? Because the hubs and I ate them so fast. No, really. We did. It was kind of sick.
Suggestion #2: Bake them for 9 minutes. They might look like they're not done but trust me, they'll be the perfect cookie. (Obviously if you like a crunchy cookie you should bake them for 11 minutes)
Well, that's my introduction to Phyllis. Maybe I'll let you in on who I am, we'll see.
:)

Mmm. I like Phyllis. And I like you. The end.
